Career page watching
Watch company career pages. See the roles that fit.
Job sites list a role once it has been copied to them. HirecraftApp reads the boards companies publish their openings on, every fifteen minutes, and puts each new role in your feed, scored against your profile. Turn on away hours and it can apply to the best of them while you sleep.

Boards, not aggregators
Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint, the systems behind many tech companies’ career pages, publish each company’s open roles as data. HirecraftApp reads that directly instead of waiting for a job site to pick a role up, so it reaches you on the day it opens.
The watchlist starts with 548 company boards and is checked every fifteen minutes. To add a company, paste the link to its board on one of those five systems on the watchlist page, and it is checked and scored straight away. A company’s own careers page address is not recognised, so use the board link its job postings point to. Companies that hire through Lever, Workday or their own application system cannot be watched yet.
Scored against your profile
Every new role is scored against your application profile. In the feed, a scored role shows:
- Its match score, with the skills you match and the ones you are missing.
- A label, Strong, Good, Partial or Weak, and a sentence or two on why.
- The location, whether it is remote, and the pay range when the board posts one.
A role that has only been estimated so far says Not scored yet rather than showing a number. Your match threshold, 60 to start with, decides which roles count as matches, and you can change it on your profile.
Your profile also shapes the scores. Roles in countries you cannot work in are left out. A role whose posted pay tops out below your salary floor scores low, and if you only want remote work, on-site roles score lower.
Sponsorship, per posting
If your profile says you need visa sponsorship, each role carries an H-1B line: whether the company sponsors H-1B, is likely cap-exempt, has no filings, or says it will not sponsor, along with the wage level of the role. A posting that refuses sponsorship, or requires a clearance or citizenship, is scored low for you, and a Sponsors H-1B filter narrows the feed to the companies that do.
Find the right roles fast
Quick filters show your matches, everything, roles first seen today, remote roles, and, if you need sponsorship, the companies that sponsor H-1B. A filter panel narrows by score, category, level, when a role was first seen, board, job type and country, with search and sorting on top.
Is this a job alert?
Not in the usual sense. HirecraftApp does not email you every new posting. New roles collect in your feed, ordered by score, for whenever you want to look.
What it does instead is act on them. Queue the roles you want and it tailors your resume and fills the real application for each. Or set away hours and a nightly cap, and it applies to the best new matches while you are off, then sends a morning email with what went out, what failed and what is waiting for you. See how auto-apply works.
Questions
How often are career pages checked?
Every fifteen minutes. A new role reaches your feed soon after it opens on the company's board.
Which career pages can it watch?
Company boards on Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint. Companies that hire through Lever, Workday or their own system cannot be watched yet.
Can I add a company to watch?
Yes. Paste the link to its board on one of those systems on the watchlist page, and it is checked and scored straight away.
Will it email me every new job?
No. New roles collect in your feed, scored and ordered. If you set away hours, you get a morning email about the applications it made overnight.
Does it show which companies sponsor visas?
If your profile says you need sponsorship, each role shows whether the company sponsors H-1B, is likely cap-exempt, has no filings or will not sponsor, and the feed can be filtered to companies that sponsor.
Does it work outside the US?
