Greenhouse

Greenhouse applications, filled and submitted for you

Many tech companies hire through Greenhouse. HirecraftApp reads Greenhouse job boards directly, fills each application form field by field, uploads a resume tailored to that posting, and submits it, including the security code Greenhouse sometimes emails after you press submit.

First month free, then $19/month or $49 every 3 months.

Read straight from the board

Greenhouse publishes every company’s open roles as data, and HirecraftApp reads it directly every fifteen minutes, so a role reaches your feed on the day it opens. The starting watchlist includes 181 Greenhouse boards.

To add a company that is missing, paste its Greenhouse link, on boards.greenhouse.io or job-boards.greenhouse.io, on the watchlist page. It is checked and scored straight away. A company’s own careers page address is not recognised, so use the Greenhouse link its job postings point to.

The form, field by field

For each posting, the engine opens its Greenhouse application form, including when the company shows that form inside its own careers site. Then it fills:

  • Your name and contact details from your application profile.
  • Your resume, tailored to that posting, and checks the file actually attached.
  • Your education, one entry for each degree. A school Greenhouse's list does not carry is set to Other.
  • Custom questions, from your saved answers first and then from drafts grounded in your work history. A follow-up question that appears after an answer is filled too.
  • Work authorisation and sponsorship, only from what you entered on your profile.
  • Voluntary self-identification questions from your profile, or the form's option to decline where you left one blank. These are never answered by AI.

Optional marketing opt-ins are left unticked. Before it presses submit, the engine reads the filled form back, and if it does not match what you approved, nothing is clicked.

The emailed security code

Some Greenhouse boards email a security code after the submit click and wait for it to be typed in. The application then shows as “Waiting for your email code”, and the form is held open for about ten minutes.

If you apply with a HirecraftApp email address, which you can turn on in your application profile, the code is read from that inbox and typed in for you, from a message that names the company. Other mail to that address is forwarded to your own inbox. If you apply with your own address, paste the code on the application’s page. When no code arrives in time, the application is marked failed with a note to check your email and the careers site, since it may or may not have gone through.

When it hands the form back

Some forms cannot be finished honestly by an agent. HirecraftApp does not solve CAPTCHAs, sign in, or create accounts, so when a board shows a CAPTCHA, puts up a login wall, or asks for something nothing can fill, such as a transcript upload, the application comes back to you with the reason and a screenshot. Everything else is already prepared, so you can finish it by hand.

On Pro, a hand-off reaches you on Telegram or WhatsApp with a link to the form.

A receipt for every Greenhouse application

Each submitted application keeps the confirmation page as a screenshot, its address, every field that was sent and the files that were uploaded. If you ever need to know exactly what an employer received, it is on the application’s own page. The same engine applies on Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint.

Questions

Does it work with Greenhouse forms on a company's own careers site?

Yes. Many companies show their Greenhouse form inside their own careers page. HirecraftApp opens the same Greenhouse application form behind it and fills that.

How does it handle Greenhouse's email verification code?

With a HirecraftApp email address on, the code is read from that inbox and typed in for you. With your own address, the application waits and you paste the code on its page. The form is held open for about ten minutes.

Will it answer Greenhouse custom questions?

Yes. Saved answers are used first, then drafts grounded in your work history and the posting. A question about a fact only you know waits for you instead of being guessed.

Does it fill the demographic questions?

Only from what you entered on your profile. Where you left one blank, the form's option to decline is chosen. AI never answers these.

Do I need a Greenhouse account?

No. HirecraftApp applies without signing in and never creates an account on an employer's site or job board.

Can I add a company that hires through Greenhouse?

Yes. Paste its boards.greenhouse.io or job-boards.greenhouse.io link on the watchlist page, and its roles are checked and scored straight away.
