Auto-apply

Auto-apply to jobs, on the company's own application form

HirecraftApp is an AI job application agent. It finds roles on the boards companies hire through, tailors your resume to each posting, fills the real application and submits it, with a receipt for every one. You choose whether each application waits for your approval or goes out on its own.

First month free, then $19/month or $49 every 3 months.

What auto-apply means here

Most tools that promise to apply for you fill in a form you have open in your own browser, and leave the last step to you. HirecraftApp does the whole job from its servers. Its engine opens the application form on the company’s own careers site, fills every field it can answer from your application profile and your saved answers, uploads a resume tailored to that posting, presses submit, and saves the confirmation page. Nothing opens on your computer or your phone.

It applies through Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint, the systems behind the career pages of a large number of tech companies. Lever puts a CAPTCHA in front of every automated application, so HirecraftApp leaves it out rather than hand you a half-finished form. Workday and sites that make you create an account are not supported yet.

From a new posting to a receipt

Every application follows the same path:

  • The boards on your watchlist are checked every fifteen minutes, so a new role reaches your feed soon after it opens.
  • Each posting is scored against your profile. You set the match threshold on your application profile; it starts at 60.
  • You queue the roles you want from the feed. With away hours on, the engine picks the best-scoring roles at or above your threshold itself, up to the nightly cap you chose.
  • Your resume is rewritten for that posting, and every changed line sits beside the original with a switch.
  • The form is filled, then either waits for your review or goes out on its own, depending on the mode you picked.
  • Once it is submitted you get a receipt: a screenshot of the confirmation page, its address, every field that was sent, and the files that were uploaded.

Review first, or put it on autopilot

When you set up your application profile you choose how its applications go out, and you can switch at any time. Reviewed first, each application stops after the form is filled. You see a screenshot of the real page, every field with the value that will be sent, and where each value came from: your profile, your saved answers, drafted by AI, or a default. You can edit any field before you approve, and an application with a required field still empty cannot be approved.

On autopilot, applications go out without you. One still stops and waits for you when:

  • a required question has no answer, even after drafting;
  • a required box states something about you that your profile does not confirm;
  • the honesty check flags something in the cover letter;
  • a required question asks whether you used AI;
  • the board shows a CAPTCHA, asks you to log in, or has a field nothing could fill.

On Pro, the question that stopped it reaches you on Telegram or WhatsApp, and the application goes out as soon as you reply. Your answer is saved, so the next form that asks it is filled without stopping.

Applying while you sleep

Give a profile away hours and a nightly cap of up to 20, and while you are off it takes the best-scoring new roles at or above your match threshold, tailors the resume, fills the form and, on autopilot, sends it. With review on, the night’s applications are filled and wait for one tap in the morning.

When the window closes you get a morning email: what was sent, what failed and why, and what is waiting for you.

What it will not do

An agent that guesses is one bad answer away from putting something untrue in your name, so HirecraftApp is built to stop instead.

  • It never invents a fact about you. Work status, sponsorship and self-identification answers come only from your profile or your own saved answers, and are never written by AI.
  • It does not solve CAPTCHAs, sign in to employer sites, or create accounts on them. A form that needs one of those is handed back to you.
  • It paces itself: by default at most three companies at once for each person, at least ten minutes apart at the same company, and no more than 60 applications a day.
  • It does not add skills, numbers or certifications to your resume that your profile does not already show.

Every place AI is used, and everything it is not allowed to do, is written out on the AI disclosure page.

What you pay for

Pro includes 900 applications a month, counted only when one reaches the company’s confirmation page. An attempt that fails, or one you read and skip, is never counted. Your first month of Pro is free once you add a card, and you can cancel any time from Billing.

Questions

Does HirecraftApp really submit the application?

Yes. It fills in the real application on the company's own careers site from its servers, waits for your approval if you chose to review first, submits it, and saves the confirmation page as a receipt.

Will it apply to jobs I have not seen?

Only if you set away hours. During them it picks the best-scoring new roles at or above your match threshold, up to the nightly cap you chose. Otherwise it applies only to the roles you queue, a job link you send to the bot, or a list of matches you approve there.

Which job sites does it apply on?

Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint. Lever is left out because it shows a CAPTCHA on every automated application, and Workday and sites that require an account are not supported yet.

What happens when a form asks something it cannot answer?

That application stops and waits for you, on the review screen or, on Pro, on Telegram or WhatsApp. Once you answer, it goes out, and your answer is saved for the next form that asks the same thing.

Is auto-applying allowed by employers?

HirecraftApp applies through the public application forms companies publish, at a measured pace, and never works around a CAPTCHA or a login. Some companies' or boards' terms may not allow automated submissions, so read the AI disclosure page to see exactly how it applies.

Does a failed application count against my month?

No. Only applications that reach the company's confirmation page are counted. A closed posting, a CAPTCHA or an application you skip costs you nothing.
