Hundreds of applications. None of your evenings.

HirecraftApp finds the roles worth your time, rewrites your resume for each one, and fills the real application on the company’s own site.

Review every application before it goes, or put it on autopilot and wake up to receipts. Either way it stops whenever a question has no answer in your profile. It never invents a fact about you to keep going.

An illustration of an application waiting for review in HirecraftApp: the Backend Engineer role at Linear, an 84 match, three resume lines rewritten for the posting with one dropped, the form filled from the profile, and the one question the profile could not answer sent to Telegram. HirecraftApp watches 548 career pages for roles like this one.

While you sleep

An agent that auto-applies while you sleep.

Give it your away hours and a nightly cap. While you are off, it picks the best new roles above your match threshold, tailors the resume, fills the real form and sends it. You wake up to receipts.

Autopilot

Sent overnight, with a receipt for each one.

Review on

Filled overnight, waiting for one tap in the morning.

On Autopilot, a required question only you can answer stops that application. On Pro the question reaches your phone on Telegram or WhatsApp, and the application goes out as soon as you reply.

How it works

One role, from the company's own board to your receipt

Here is one posting, Backend Engineer at Linear, taken all the way through. You set up your application profile once. After that it needs you only for what your profile cannot answer.

  1. Watch

It sees a role the day it goes up.

It reads 548 companies' own career pages on Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint every fifteen minutes. Nothing sits in between, so a new role is in your feed while it is still new.

  2. Score

It shows its working on every match.

It lists what the posting actually asks for, marks each requirement core, required or preferred, and checks it against your profile. The match is built from the share you have, so you can see why a role scored what it did.

  3. Tailor

It rewrites the telling, never the facts.

Each line is reworded toward what the posting asks for, and you keep or drop every change. Every figure and tool in a rewrite has to be on your original already. A draft that adds one is refused before you see it.

  4. Ask

It asks you only what it cannot answer honestly.

Work authorization, notice period, pay and the rest come from your application profile. A question it has no honest answer for goes to your phone on Telegram or WhatsApp, and the application waits for you. Your reply is saved, so no form asks twice.

  5. Send

It applies on the company's own site and keeps the receipt.

The application goes in on the company's careers page, after you approve it or on its own when nothing is left to decide. The confirmation page is saved to your account. A CAPTCHA or a login wall stops it, and that one comes to you with a link to finish.

Reviewing each application before it goes is yours to keep or skip. Keep it and every form waits for your approval. Skip it and a form still stops whenever a question has no saved answer, because an agent that guesses is one bad answer away from putting something untrue in your name.

Honest tailoring

We do not fake your resume. We stop it from burying your work.

Most resumes undersell a real career. Good work turns into a flat list of duties, and the person reading for six seconds never finds out what any of it was worth. Every line HirecraftApp gives back is built from something already on your page: same jobs, same numbers, finally saying what they meant.

Tailoring for

ATS match61 before

Your line

Worked on the payments service in Go. Helped get p99 latency from 340ms down to 90ms as traffic grew to 12k requests a second.

Tailored

Cut p99 latency of a Go payments service from 340ms to 90ms while scaling it to 12k req/s.

No figure or skill added. Only the telling.

What the rewrite changes

  • The wording, so your lines use the vocabulary the posting keeps repeating.
  • The order, so the experience this particular role cares about is read first.
  • The framing, so a task you performed reads as a result you delivered.
  • The layout, so a parser and a tired human both make it to the end.

What it will never touch

  • Job titles, employers, and dates.
  • Numbers you did not put on the page yourself.
  • Tools, languages, and skills your profile does not already show, unless you turn on “Add the posting's missing keywords” on your application profile. It is off by default.
  • Degrees, certifications, and clearances.

These are checked mechanically, not asked for politely. A rewrite that adds a figure your original did not carry is refused before you ever see it.

The facts stay yours. Only the telling gets better.

Features

Built for the part of the search nobody enjoys

Finding the role, rewriting the resume, retyping the same forty answers, and remembering who you already sent it to.

  • Boards, not aggregators

Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint publish their openings as JSON. HirecraftApp reads that directly, so a role reaches you the day it opens rather than the week it is syndicated.

  • A diff, not a black box

Every rewritten bullet sits beside the original with a switch. Turn one off and the version that goes into the ATS is the one you left on screen.

  • Your answers, reused

Notice period, sponsorship, salary floor, why this company. Answer each once and every later form is filled from it. Most new questions are drafted from your work history, and what only you can answer is asked once.

  • A receipt for every one

The confirmation page, the URL, the exact fields sent, and the PDF that was uploaded. Proof you applied, not a row in a spreadsheet that says you meant to.

  • Answer from your phone

When a form asks something your profile cannot answer, the Telegram bot asks you. Tap or type the answer and the application goes out, with your answer saved so no form asks again. On Pro.

  • Failures you can act on

Closed posting, account required, CAPTCHA, a field nothing could fill. Each one comes back named, with a screenshot, instead of failing silently at three in the morning.

Where it reaches you

It works in the dashboard. It finds you when it needs you.

The dashboard is where the work happens. The other two speak up only when something needs you.

Web

Everything in one dashboard.

Your feed, every application and its receipt, the watchlist, and your application profile, in any browser.

TelegramPro

Held questions, on your phone.

When a form asks something your profile cannot answer, the bot asks you and the application goes out as soon as you reply. A CAPTCHA or a login wall comes back with a link to finish it by hand.

Email

Codes, read for you.

Apply with a HirecraftApp email and a verification code a board sends mid-application is read for you. Everything else is forwarded to your real inbox.

Questions

What it will and won’t do for you

Does it actually submit, or just fill the form?
It submits. HirecraftApp's engine fills in the real application on the company's own careers site, from our servers, so nothing opens on your computer or phone. It waits for your approval if you chose to review first, submits it, and saves the confirmation page as a receipt. A browser extension only fills the form; this finishes the job.
Can it apply without asking me?
Yes, if you choose that. When you set up your application profile you pick between sending on its own and reviewing each application first, and you can switch at any time. Sending on its own, applications go out without you, including answers drafted from your work history and your tailored resume. One still stops for you when a required question has no answer, a required box states something about you that your profile does not confirm, the honesty check flags the cover letter, or a required question asks whether you used AI. Add away hours and a nightly cap, and while you sleep it also picks the best-scoring new roles itself. Work status and self-identification answers are never drafted by AI: they come from your profile or your own saved answers, and a self-identification question you left blank gets the form's option to decline.
Does it invent experience I do not have?
No. Honest mode is the default and only rewords what your resume already says. It cannot add a figure your original did not carry, and neither mode can quietly drop one. A tool or skill your profile does not show is only added if you turn on “Add the posting's missing keywords” on your application profile, which is off by default; even then it never adds a certification or a number. Anything the model had to draft for a screener question is highlighted on review, and a fact about you that nothing in your profile supports is never drafted at all.
Which application systems does it support?
Greenhouse and Ashby, which most tech companies hire through, and Gem, Breezy and Pinpoint. Lever puts a CAPTCHA in front of every automated application, so HirecraftApp leaves it out rather than hand you a half-finished form. Workday and anything that makes you create an account are not supported yet; you apply to those yourself.
What am I paying for exactly?
Applications that went through. An attempt that fails, or one you read and skip, is never counted against your month, so a closed posting or a CAPTCHA costs you nothing.
What happens to my data?
Your profile, answers and resumes stay in your account and are never used to train anything. Deleting your account removes them. How the models are used is written out in full on the AI disclosure page.
